# Dduk (Korean Rice Cakes)

## Ingredients

- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 7 tbsp boiling hot water
- 1 tsp salt

## Instructions

1. Combine glutinous rice flour, boiling water, and salt in a food processor.
2. Process until the mixture becomes a dough.
3. Knead the dough by hand a couple of times.
4. Shape the dough as desired.
5. Cut the shaped dough into desired pieces.
6. Boil the pieces in a pot of water until they float.
7. Remove the rice cakes from the water and rinse them in cold water.
8. Place the rice cakes on a plate or cutting board, cover, and refrigerate for one hour before using.
