# Champagne Margarita

Rick Bayless makes a champagne margarita to celebrate any special occasion.

## Ingredients

- 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 cup Blanco Tequila
- 1 cup Cointreau
- salt
- champagne

## Instructions

1. Add 1 cup of fresh squeezed lime juice to a pitcher.
2. Add 1 cup of blanco tequila to the pitcher.
3. Add 1 cup of Cointreau to the pitcher.
4. Rim a champagne glass with lime juice.
5. Dip the rim of the glass into salt.
6. Pour the mixture into the glass, filling it halfway.
7. Fill the rest of the glass with champagne.
