## Ingredients

- 1 chocolate bar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips

## Instructions

1. Chop a chocolate bar into small pieces.
2. Sift flour into a bowl.
3. Add cocoa powder and milk to the bowl and whisk until a smooth mixture is formed.
4. Add chopped chocolate pieces to the mixture and stir well.
5. Pour the mixture into a baking pan.
6. Add chocolate chips on top of the mixture.
7. Bake the mixture in an oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
