- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

## Instructions

1. Mix together the dough ingredients.
2. Scoop dough and flatten it to create a small cavity, fill it with the cinnamon-sugar filling, and roll it back into a ball.
3. Bake the cookies.
4. Whisk together the icing ingredients and drizzle over the baked cookies.
