## Ingredients

- 225 gr Dark Cooking Chocolate
- 75 gr butter
- 60 ml cooking oil
- 3 eggs
- 210 gr sugar
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 Vanilla extract
- 150 gr all purpose flour
- 53 gr cocoa powder

## Instructions

1. Melt the chocolate, butter, and cooking oil together.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.
3. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and whisk until combined.
4. Add the flour and cocoa powder to the mixture and mix until just combined.
5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
6. Bake at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for 10-15 minutes, then at 160°C (bottom heat) for 20-30 minutes.
