# Fisuelos de León

## Ingredients

- 500 g harina
- 1 l leche
- 1 pizca sal
- 2 huevo
- aceite de girasol
- azúcar (optional)

## Instructions

1. Introducir todos los ingredientes en un bol y mezclarlos primero con una cuchara y luego con la batidora para que no queden grumos.
2. Añadir más leche si fuera necesario.
3. Añadir con movimientos circulares en abundante aceite caliente y freír por ambos lados.
4. Servir con azúcar.
