This is a super easy meal in a jar potato soup mix, scaled down to fit in a pint jar.

## Ingredients

- 1 cup instant mashed potatoes
- 0.5 cup powdered milk
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
- 1 tablespoon beef bouillon powder
- 1 teaspoon chives
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon onion powder

## Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a pint jar.
2. Seal the jar with a vacuum sealer to keep fresh.
3. Add directions and ingredient list on the back of the jar and what it is and the date on the front.
