# Gâteau au Yaourt Classique

A special bundt cake with french soul, a mix of yogurt, vanilla and butter.

## Ingredients

- 440 g yogurt griego sin azúcar
- 240 g azúcar
- 4 huevos
- 140 g aceite de aguacate
- 140 g mantequilla sin sal derretida
- 1 cdta flor de sal
- 1.5 cdas extracto de vainilla
- 420 g harina
- 3 cdtas polvo para hornear
- azúcar glass

## Instructions

1. Mix yogurt with sugar, eggs and oil.
2. Add the butter to the vanilla and salt. Integrate well until you get a very creamy consistency.
3. Add flour and baking powder.
4. Place in the mold.
5. Bake at 180° for 40 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and let cool.
7. Decorate with sugar glass and eat!
