# Peanut Butter Rice Cake Snack

## Ingredients

- rice cake
- peanut butter
- coconut oil, organic
- peanut
- chocolate melting wafer

## Instructions

1. Insert a skewer into the center of each rice cake.
2. Mix peanut butter with coconut oil in a measuring cup to create a thinner consistency.
3. Dip each rice cake into the peanut butter mixture until fully coated.
4. Press the peanut-butter-coated rice cake into a plate filled with peanuts to coat all sides.
5. Place the prepared rice cakes on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
6. Melt the chocolate melting wafers in a separate measuring cup.
7. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut-coated rice cakes.
