# Corn Dog Casserole

## Ingredients

- 1.5 cups green onion
- 2 cups celery
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1.5 pounds hot dogs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- mustard
- hot sauce
- 2 packages corn bread mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons ground sage
- 0.25 teaspoons ground black pepper

## Instructions

1. Sauté green onion with celery and some butter in a skillet.
2. Add the sautéed mixture to a bowl.
3. In the same skillet, toss and cook the hot dogs until they are browned and delicious.
4. Add the hot dogs to the bowl with the green onion and celery.
5. Add one cup of milk to the bowl.
6. Add two eggs to the bowl.
7. Add a little mustard and hot sauce to the bowl.
8. Add two packages of dry corn bread mix to the bowl.
9. Toss in 1.5 cups of shredded cheese to the bowl and mix well.
10. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
11. Top with more cheese.
12. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
