# Strawberry Cake

This is a delicious and quick no-bake strawberry cake recipe ready in minutes.

## Ingredients

- 250 g strawberries
- 2 packages ladyfingers
- 150 ml milk
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 200 ml heavy cream
- vanilla
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar

## Instructions

1. Slice the strawberries.
2. Cover the cutting board with plastic wrap.
3. Arrange the ladyfingers on the edge of the cutting board.
4. Place sliced strawberries.
5. Pour the milk into a plate, soak the ladyfingers in milk, and place them over the strawberries.
6. In a bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, vanilla and powdered sugar.
7. Mix well until the cream thickens.
8. Spread the cream over the ladyfingers.
9. Roll the cake with plastic wrap and flatten with your fingers.
10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
