## Ingredients

- 6 pieces drumstick chicken
- whole pepper
- salt
- garlic
- 4 potatoes
- 0.5 tablespoon salt
- 0.5 tablespoon crushed pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons flour
- cheese
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup water
- salt
- pepper
- breadcrumbs
- ketchup

## Instructions

1. Boil 6 pieces of drumstick chicken for 20 minutes, seasoned with whole pepper, salt, and garlic.
2. While the chicken is boiling, peel and cut 4 potatoes into four pieces.
3. After 20 minutes, remove the chicken. Then, boil the cut potatoes in the same water until soft for flavor.
4. Once the chicken is cool, remove all the meat from the bones and chop it into small pieces. Keep the bones.
5. Mash the boiled potatoes.
6. Combine the mashed potatoes and chopped chicken.
7. Season the mixture with 0.5 tablespoon of salt, 0.5 tablespoon of crushed pepper, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, and 3 tablespoons of flour.
8. Add cheese to the mixture (more cheese for better taste).
9. Mix everything well.
10. Take a portion of the mixture, form it into a circle in your palm, place a chicken bone in the middle, and reshape it around the bone to form a larger drumstick.
11. If there's leftover mixture after forming the drumsticks, shape it into balls.
12. Prepare a wet batter by mixing 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of water, salt, and pepper until smooth (as an alternative to egg).
13. Coat each chicken croquette (drumstick or ball) first in the wet batter, then in breadcrumbs.
14. Fry the coated croquettes on low heat until golden brown, as the filling is already cooked.
15. Serve the chicken croquettes with ketchup or gravy (gravy recipe available on Mommy D Vlog).

## Tips

- You can combine boiling the potatoes and chicken if you have a large casserole to save time.
- For more delicious results, add more cheese to the mixture.
- If you run out of eggs, you can make a wet batter with flour, water, salt, and pepper as a coating.
- Fry the croquettes on low heat to prevent the breadcrumbs from burning quickly.
