# Apple Cake

## Ingredients

- 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Apple juice or cider
- 4 Eggs
- 1 bag Apples
- little Butter
- Cinnamon
- Sugar

## Instructions

1. Add 3 cups of flour to the mixing bowl.
2. Add 2 cups of sugar.
3. Add 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
4. Add 1 cup of oil.
5. Add 1 cup of apple juice or cider.
6. Add 4 eggs.
7. Mix all the ingredients together.
8. Pour the batter onto the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
9. Place the apples in rows on top of the batter.
10. Add little pieces of butter.
11. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
12. Sprinkle with sugar.
13. Place in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
