## Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- onion powder
- paprika
- salt
- pepper
- dried parsley
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can drained corn
- shredded cheese
- tater rounds

## Instructions

1. Brown the ground beef in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Season the ground beef with onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and dried parsley flakes.
3. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and minced garlic.
4. Drain some of the grease from the pan.
5. Add the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and drained corn to the skillet and stir to combine.
6. Add a handful of shredded cheese to the skillet and mix well.
7. Season with extra salt and pepper if desired.
8. Top the meat mixture with a layer of shredded cheese and arrange the tater rounds evenly over the top.
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 40 minutes, or until the tater rounds are golden brown.
10. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
