# English Pepper Soup

Comforting pepper soup recipe that can be served with rice.

## Ingredients

- catfish
- red onion
- yellow pepper
- seasoning
- habanero pepper
- negro pepper
- spoon salt
- water
- pepper soup spice
- plantain
- crayfish
- scent leaf
- onions
- rice

## Instructions

1. Place catfish in a pot.
2. Add diced red onion, yellow pepper, seasoning, habanero pepper and negro pepper.
3. Remove the seeds from the negro pepper.
4. Add salt and water.
5. Steam.
6. Add water, flip the fish over.
7. Add homemade pepper soup spice and plantain.
8. Add crayfish.
9. Add habanero pepper and onions.
10. Add scent leaf and onions.
11. Mix everything together.
12. Serve with rice.
