# Biscoff Cheesecake

## Ingredients

- Lotus Biscoff cookies
- butter
- cream cheese
- vanilla flavour
- powdered sugar
- Lotus Biscoff smooth spread
- Star Whip

## Instructions

1. Open the Lotus Biscoff cookies package.
2. Pour the cookies into a blender.
3. Blend the cookies until they become a fine crumb.
4. Pour the blended cookies crumbs into a plate.
5. Melt the butter.
6. Add the melted butter to the cookie crumbs and mix.
7. Arrange Biscoff cookies around the edges of the pan.
8. Pour the biscoff crumbs and butter mix into the pan.
9. Press down the mixture into the pan.
10. Add the cream cheese to a bowl and mix.
11. Add the vanilla flavour and the powdered sugar and mix.
12. Add the Lotus Biscoff smooth spread and mix.
13. Add Star Whip to a bowl and mix.
14. Add the Star Whip to the cream cheese mixture and mix.
15. Pour the mixture over the base.
16. Add the Lotus Biscoff smooth spread on the top.
17. Decorate the top with whipped cream and biscoff cookies.
