# Corn-fed Roast Chicken with Chickpeas

## Ingredients

- 1 whole corn-fed chicken
- 2 can chickpeas
- 2 whole chili
- 2 whole lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch fresh thyme
- 50 g butter
- 1 bunch tarragon
- 1 bulb garlic

## Instructions

1. Season chicken cavity. Combine chickpeas, chilis, lemon zest, and olive oil in a tray.
2. Stuff chicken with fresh thyme.
3. Prepare herb butter by mixing soft butter with chopped tarragon and slide it under the chicken skin.
4. Place garlic on the roasting tray, add the chicken, and drizzle with olive oil.
5. Roast in the oven.
