# Three-Cup Pork

## Ingredients

- 1 whole pork shoulder
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup rice wine
- 1 cup sesame oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ginger, julienned
- 3 clove garlic, minced
- 2 whole thai chili, sliced

## Instructions

1. Combine soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, and brown sugar in a slow cooker.
2. Brown the pork shoulder in a skillet until golden.
3. Add the pork to the slow cooker and deglaze the skillet with additional rice wine, then add this liquid to the slow cooker.
4. Cook the pork slowly until tender and juicy.
5. Infuse sesame oil with ginger, garlic, and sliced Thai chilies in a pan.
6. Remove the cooked pork from the slow cooker and shred it.
7. Thicken the remaining sauce and fold the shredded pork back into the sauce.
8. Serve over rice.
