- 120 g plain greek yogurt
- 100 g sugar free ketchup
- 4 tsp sweet relish
- 0.5 batch caramelized onions
- garlic
- pepper

## Instructions

1. Dice three yellow onions.
2. Add diced yellow onions to a pan and cook over medium-high heat until all water has evaporated and they begin to brown and stick to the pan.
3. Deglaze the onions with small amounts of beef bone broth at a time, stir, and boil until the liquid is completely reduced. Repeat until 16oz of bone broth has been reduced.
4. Add a dash of soy sauce for extra flavor and color.
5. To the same pan, add 48oz of 93% extra-lean ground beef.
6. Add 6 tsp coarse salt, 4 tsp onion powder, 4 tsp garlic powder, 4 tsp black pepper, 4 tsp oregano, 2 tsp cumin.
7. Add 14.5oz diced tomatoes.
8. Add half of the bone broth caramelized onions to the beef mixture.
9. Add 200g 2% cheddar and 200g fat-free cheddar to the beef mixture.
10. Mix until completely combined and the cheese has melted.
11. Transfer the meat mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for a few minutes to let it thicken up.
12. Add 120g light mayo, 120g plain Greek yogurt, 100g sugar-free ketchup, 4 tsp sweet relish, the other half of your caramelized onions, garlic, pepper, and salt to a bowl for the low-calorie burger sauce.
13. Mix until completely smooth.
14. Lay out a tortilla, spread a spoonful of the burger sauce, then add a portion of the meat mixture.
15. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it tightly from bottom to top to form a burrito.
16. Repeat this process 14 times for all the tortillas.
17. Store the burritos frozen.
