## Ingredients

- 400 g patatas
- 60 g almidón
- 50 g queso rallado
- 0 sal
- 0 hierbas frescas

## Instructions

1. Cuece las patatas
2. Machaca bien y añade el resto de ingredientes
3. Mezcla y amasa hasta tener una bola
4. Coge trocitos de masa y forma bolas pequeñas
5. Impregna con aceite de oliva virgen extra y hornea a 200°C con aire hasta que se vean doradas (10/15’)
