## Ingredients

- 1 lb ground pork
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced (whites + greens)
- 3 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 3 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 to 2 tsp Chili crisp, to taste
- splash rice vinegar
- 0.75 tsp white pepper (or black pepper)
- 1 to 2 tbsp chicken broth or water
- Wonton or dumpling wrappers
- Small bowl water (for dipping wrappers)
- Extra soy sauce or tamari, for garnish
- Extra chili crisp, for garnish
- Extra scallions, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish

## Instructions

1. To make the filling, combine your ground pork, scallions, lots of grated garlic and ginger, a few tablespoons of soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, as much chili crisp as you like, a splash of rice vinegar, and white pepper.
2. Give that a gentle mix with your hands, and then set aside.
3. To build the lasagna, grab a small baking dish or individual ramekins.
4. Dip your wonton wrappers quickly in water, then layer it into the bottom of the dish.
5. Spread a thin layer of the pork mixture on top, then repeat: wrappers, pork, wrappers, pork until you run out of space or ingredients.
6. Finish with a layer of the wrappers.
7. Pour about a tablespoon or two of chicken broth or water over the top to keep everything nice and juicy.
8. Carefully transfer it to a steamer, cover and steam that for about 25 minutes.
9. Drizzle with more soy sauce, chili crisp, scallions, and sesame seeds.

## Equipment

- small baking dish

## Tips
