# Hawaiian Pizza Toast

## Ingredients

- 4 slices sourdough bread
- olive oil
- fresh tomato sauce
- 1 ball mozzarella
- ham
- pineapple
- basil
- parmesan

## Instructions

1. Place sourdough bread slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
2. Drizzle olive oil over the bread.
3. Massage the olive oil into the bread.
4. Put the bread under the grill to toast it up.
5. Take the toasted bread out of the oven.
6. Spread fresh tomato sauce on top of each toasted bread slice.
7. Add mozzarella cheese on top of the tomato sauce.
8. Place ham pieces over the mozzarella.
9. Add cut-up pineapple chunks on top of the ham.
10. Put the pizza toasts back into the oven to melt the cheese.
11. Take the finished pizza toasts out of the oven.
12. Serve the pizza toast on a plate.
13. Garnish with basil on top.
14. Grate fresh parmesan cheese over the pizza toast.
