# Knuspriger Toast mit Ei und Speck aus einer Pfanne

## Ingredients

- 5 slices bacon
- 3 eggs
- 2 slices toast
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- fresh salad greens
- 1 tomato

## Instructions

1. Lay the bacon slices flat in a pan.
2. Pour the beaten eggs over the bacon in the pan.
3. Place two slices of toast bread on top of the eggs and bacon.
4. Flip the toast and egg mixture over in the pan.
5. Add slices of cheddar cheese on one half of the egg-covered toast.
6. Place fresh salad greens on top of the cheese.
7. Add sliced tomatoes on top of the salad greens.
8. Fold the empty half of the egg-covered toast over the ingredients.
9. Press down on the toast with a spatula to ensure even cooking.
10. Remove the cooked toast from the pan and place it on a cutting board.
11. Cut the toast in half diagonally.
