## Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 cup Diced onion
- 200 g Sliced sausages
- 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 200 ml Cream
- 200 g Farfalle pasta
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 50 g Grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon Chopped chives

## Instructions

1. Heat oil in a pot.
2. Add diced onion and saute until translucent.
3. Add sliced sausages and cook for a few minutes.
4. Stir in tomato paste.
5. Add vegetable broth.
6. Add cream.
7. Add farfalle pasta.
8. Add more cream, salt, and pepper.
9. Cover and cook until pasta is tender.
10. Stir in grated cheese and chopped chives.
11. Serve and enjoy!
