## Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- 1.5 cups brown sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- chocolate chips

## Instructions

1. mix soft butter, sugar, brown sugar, and salt
2. add eggs + vanilla, mix until smooth
3. fold in flour + baking soda until just combined
4. add chocolate chips
5. scoop onto baking tray
6. bake at 350°F for 12 minutes

## Tips

- spin them with a bowl or cup right out of the oven to shape
- let them rest
- let them cool slightly… then break them
