# Pan-Fried Enoki Mushrooms

## Ingredients

- 1 pack enoki mushroom
- 1/2 cup cornstarch or potato starch
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp gochugaru
- 1 tbsp scallion

## Instructions

1. Wash enoki mushrooms thoroughly, break them apart into smaller flatter pieces, and flatten between paper towels.
2. Combine garlic, soy sauce, honey, sesame seeds, sesame oil, gochugaru, and chopped scallions in a bowl to make the sauce.
3. Heat oil in a pan, dip the flattened mushrooms in cornstarch or potato starch, and place them in the pan.
4. Pan-fry the mushrooms for 10 minutes on each side on medium heat until golden brown, adding more oil as needed.
5. Plate the mushrooms and drizzle the sauce on top.
