# Flammkuchen Toast

## Ingredients

- 100 g Schmand
- 100 g Schinkenwürfel
- 100 g Creme fraiche
- ein bisschen geriebener Käse
- 1 Teelöffel Steaksalz
- paar Zwiebelchen
- paar Toastscheiben

## Instructions

1. Add Schmand into a bowl.
2. Add Schinkenwürfel into the bowl.
3. Add Creme fraiche into the bowl.
4. Add Käse into the bowl.
5. Add Steaksalz into the bowl.
6. Mix all ingredients.
7. Add Zwiebelchen into the bowl.
8. Add the final mixture on top of Toastscheiben.
9. Add extra Käse on top.
10. Put into the oven until brown.

## Tips

- If you don't have the recommended Steaksalz, use pepper, salt, rosemary, thyme, and garlic instead.
