# Thick Italian Hot Chocolate

This recipe creates rich and luxurious hot chocolate.

## Ingredients

- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- pinch salt
- 0.5 cup whole milk
- 1 tbsp cornflour or cornstarch
- dark chocolate
- whipped cream

## Instructions

1. Add milk, sugar, cocoa powder and salt to a saucepan.
2. Whisk until smooth and steaming hot.
3. Add dark chocolate, milk and cornflour to a bowl and whisk together.
4. Pour into the mix.
5. Turn off the heat and keep stirring until it thickens.
6. Pour it into a mug and add whipped cream.
