## Ingredients

- 1 pasta
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 onion
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 2 spoon oil
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 handful Italian parsley
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup pasta water

## Instructions

1. Boil water in a pot, then add the pasta and a pinch of salt.
2. In a frying pan, add oil, onions and mushrooms.
3. Add heavy cream.
4. Stir in Italian parsley.
5. Add parmesan cheese.
6. Add the drained pasta and pasta water.
7. Serve and enjoy!
