- 2 patatas
- 1 aceite de oliva virgen extra (AOVE)
- 1 queso tipo grana padano, parmesano o pecorino

## Instructions

1. Corta las patatas en láminas finas
2. Añade un poco de AOVE en una fuente para horno
3. Haz una capa de patata
4. Ralla queso
5. Repite dos veces la operación anterior
6. Mete al horno a 200°C durante 25 minutos
