## Ingredients

- 24 baby bella mushrooms
- 1 pound Jimmy Dean pork sausage
- 1 package Boursin cheese
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs

## Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Place baby bella mushrooms in a baking pan, cap side down, and cover with tin foil.
3. Bake the mushrooms for about 25 minutes, or until they release moisture.
4. In a bowl, mix together 1 pound of Jimmy Dean pork sausage, 1 package of Boursin cheese and 1 cup of panko bread crumbs.
5. Remove mushrooms from the oven, let them cool, and remove the excess moisture.
6. Stuff the mushrooms with the sausage mixture.
7. Flash freeze the stuffed mushrooms for at least an hour and a half.
