## Tips

- Quinoa is packed with protein and fiber, which can help keep you fuller longer, and adds a nutty flavor.
- Barley is super chewy and hearty, packed with beta glucan, a type of fiber that slows down digestion and keeps blood sugar more stable, helping you feel fuller longer.
- Purple rice is a combo of white rice and black rice, packed with antioxidants.
- Adding soaked black soybeans makes the rice even more hearty with extra fiber and protein.
