## Ingredients

- 150 g fiocchi di latte
- 150 g yogurt greco 5%
- 2 uova
- 30 ml sciroppo d’agave (o dolcificante a piacere)
- 35 g amido di mais
- Aroma vaniglia

## Instructions

1. Combine fiocchi di latte, yogurt greco, two eggs, honey, and cornstarch in a bowl.
2. Pour the batter into a parchment paper lined baking pan.
3. Cook in the oven or air fryer.
4. Top with pistachio cream and chopped hazelnuts.
5. Cut into slices and serve.
