## Ingredients

- cajun butter
- ice water
- chipotle ranch

## Instructions

1. Cut the potatoes into a cross-hatch pattern.
2. Quarter the potatoes.
3. Place the cut potatoes into ice water to draw out the starch.
4. Slather the potatoes with cajun butter.
5. Bake the potatoes in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
