## Ingredients

- 2 packages Pillsbury Halloween cookies
- 2 packages cream cheese
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 0.33 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 container Cool Whip
- whipped cream
- Pillsbury cookies

## Instructions

1. Line the bottom of a springform pan with Pillsbury Halloween cookies.
2. Bake the cookies at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Bake extra cookies for garnish.
3. Beat together cream cheese, lemon juice, sugar, and vanilla extract.
4. Fold in one container of Cool Whip.
5. Spread the mixture on top of the cooled cookie crust.
6. Refrigerate the cheesecake for 2 hours.
7. Top the cheesecake with whipped cream rosettes and extra Pillsbury cookies.
