# Homemade Chocolate Pudding Mix

This recipe is for a super easy, shelf-stable chocolate pudding mix that can be stored for up to a year.

## Ingredients

- 4 cups milk powder
- 2.66 cups sugar
- 1.33 cups corn starch
- 1.33 cups cocoa powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 TBSP butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

## Instructions

1. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine milk powder, sugar, corn starch, cocoa powder, and salt.
2. In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of your mix with 2 cups of milk to a boil.
3. Whisk the mixture the entire time until it has thickened.
4. Once thickened, remove from heat and add 1 TBSP butter and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
