# Puff Pastry Appetizer

## Ingredients

- 600 g puff pastry
- 100 g cheese
- 100 g ham
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 beaten egg

## Instructions

1. Cut equal squares from the puff pastry.
2. Fold the dough and seal the edges with a fork.
3. Overlap slices of cheese and ham, cut into equal strips.
4. Fill the puff pastry with the ham and cheese strips.
5. Mix grated cheese with cream cheese.
6. Place the cheese mixture over the ham and cheese filling.
7. Brush with beaten egg.
8. Bake for 20 minutes.
