# Greedy’s Chicken Fajita Pasta

## Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 0.5 red pepper
- 0.5 green pepper
- 0.5 white onion
- 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 Tesco hot fajita mix
- 1 tbsp garlic oil
- 1 Knorr chicken stock pot
- 300 ml 50% less fat crème fraîche
- 200 g mature cheddar cheese
- 200 g pasta - fusilli or rigatoni

## Instructions

1. Add pasta to a pan of salted boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
2. In a pan, mix oil, chilli flakes, smoked paprika, and let it heat over a medium heat.
3. Add peppers, onions, and chicken; top with fajita seasoning and a splash of water. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
4. Make a well, add another splash of water, Knorr chicken stock pot, and mix. Add crème fraîche and mix again; simmer for 4-5 minutes. Add half the grated cheese.
5. Add the cooked pasta, mix, and simmer for another 4-5 minutes.
6. Serve in bowls and top with the remaining grated cheese.
