# Natural Toothpaste

This is a recipe to make a natural toothpaste that will whiten your teeth like crazy.

## Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons baking soda
- 2 tablespoons bentonite clay
- hydrogen peroxide
- peppermint essential oil

## Instructions

1. Add three heaping tablespoons of coconut oil to a jar.
2. Add two big tablespoons of baking soda.
3. Add two big tablespoons of bentonite clay.
4. Mix all the ingredients with a wood spoon. Do not use a metal spoon, as bentonite clay might pull trace metals out of it.
5. Add the hydrogen peroxide to the mixture.
6. Add peppermint drops for a minty taste.

## Tips

- Bentonite clay has a negative charge, so it pulls out metals and other potential toxins from your mouth and gums.
- Dilute any concentrated forms of hydrogen peroxide to around 3%.
