# Strawberry Cheesecake Milk Punch

## Ingredients

- 300 ml white rum
- 50 ml Oloroso sherry
- 75 ml unsweetened strawberry puree
- 125 ml simple syrup
- 30 ml condensed milk
- 70 g cream cheese
- 2 ml vanilla extract
- 100 ml lemon juice
- 30 ml lime juice
- 200 ml whole milk

## Instructions

1. First, in a container, add 300 ml of white rum, 50 ml of Oloroso sherry, 75 ml of unsweetened strawberry puree, 125 ml of simple syrup, 30 ml of condensed milk, and 70 grams of cream cheese.
2. Whisk vigorously to incorporate the cheese to the mix.
3. Add 2 ml of vanilla extract, 100 ml of lemon juice, and 30 ml of lime juice.
4. Finish this with 200 ml of whole milk.
5. Mix to combine and then filter through a couple of layers of cheesecloth.
6. The first drops are cloudy, so wait until it drips clear.
7. Switch vessel and report the cloudy liquid over the unfiltered mixture.
8. Wait until it filters all the way through; don't throw away the curds as they can be used for garnish.
9. Once your batch is fully filtered, bottle it up and place it in the fridge until you're ready to drink it.
10. Once ready, simply pour about 3 oz of it over ice and garnish it with strawberry cream cheese foam.
