## Ingredients

- peaches
- cinnamon
- flour
- brown sugar
- 2 crusts Pillsbury Pie Crusts
- 1 egg

## Instructions

1. Cook the peaches in a pot.
2. Add cinnamon to the peaches.
3. Add flour to the peaches.
4. Add brown sugar to the peaches.
5. Stir all ingredients together with the peaches.
6. Unroll one pie crust and place it in the baking pan.
7. Pour the peach mixture into the pie crust in the baking pan.
8. Spread the peach mixture evenly.
9. Fold the edges of the pie crust over the peach mixture.
10. Unroll the second pie crust.
11. Cut the second pie crust into strips using a pizza cutter.
12. Weave the pie crust strips over the peach mixture to create a lattice top.
13. Crack an egg into a small bowl.
14. Whisk the egg.
15. Brush the lattice top with the whisked egg.
16. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the cobbler.
