# Orange & Coconut Cheesecakes

These are vegan, no-bake mini orange cheesecakes, rolled in desiccated coconut with a simple homemade orange curd & whipped orange cream.

## Ingredients

- buttery crust

- no-bake orange cheesecake filling
- desiccated coconut
- orange curd
- whipped orange cream

## Instructions

1. Add crust to a muffin pan.
2. Press crust down.
3. Pour cheesecake filling into the muffin pan.
4. Add orange to cheesecake.
5. Swirl orange into cheesecake.
6. Roll cheesecake in coconut.
7. Pipe a circle of cream on top.
8. Fill the circle with orange curd.
9. Add coconut.
10. Add a slice of orange.
