## Ingredients

- pork belly
- bay leaf
- garlic, crushed

## Instructions

1. Cut the pork belly into 2-inch chunks.
2. Fry the pork belly chunks in a pan on all sides to develop a nice sear.
3. Add bay leaves, crushed garlic, whole black peppercorns, and brown sugar to the pan.
4. Stir the pork with the aromatics and let the sugar caramelize.
