## Ingredients

- 1.5 tbsp avocado oil
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar

- 2 chipotle in adodo pepper, chopped
- 0.5 tbsp garlic powder

4. Place the flank steak on the smoker for 40-60 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 115-120°F.
5. Let the flank steak rest after removing from the smoker.
6. Turn up the grill and sear the flank steak for 1 minute per side.
7. Remove to rest for 2-3 more minutes.
8. Slice the flank steak against the grain.
