## Ingredients

- 300 g digestive biscuits
- 100 g melted butter
- 400 g cream cheese
- 100 g icing sugar
- 200 g kinder chocolate
- 300 ml double cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp icing sugar

## Instructions

1. Crush 300g digestive biscuits.
2. Add 100g melted butter and mix until combined.
3. Put 1 heaped tbsp on cupcake case and press it down firmly.
4. Mix 400g cream cheese and 100g icing sugar well.
5. Melt 200g of Kinder chocolate in microwave.
6. Add melted chocolate and 300ml double cream, whisk until creamy.
7. Pour cheesecake mix onto base and smooth it out.
8. Freeze it for 30 minutes.
9. Whisk 300ml double cream, 1tsp vanilla and 2tbsp icing sugar until creamy.
10. Top with cream and melted chocolate.
