# Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake

## Ingredients

- 2 sticks soft butter
- 0.75 cup white sugar
- 0.75 cup light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2.5 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 baking spray
- 1 wax paper

## Instructions

1. Add 2 sticks of soft butter to a bowl.
2. Add 3/4 cup of white sugar to the bowl.
3. Add 3/4 cup of light brown sugar to the bowl.
4. Mix the butter and sugars together for 2-3 minutes.
5. Crack 2 eggs into a separate bowl.
6. Add the eggs one at a time to the butter and sugar mixture while mixing.
7. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla to the mixture.
8. Mix until well combined.
9. Add 2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour to the mixture.
10. Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
11. Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
12. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
13. Add 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips to the dough.
14. Spray a 10x15 inch nonstick pan with baking spray.
15. Transfer the cookie dough to the prepared pan.
16. Place a sprayed piece of wax paper over the dough.
17. Use your hands to spread the dough evenly in the pan.
18. Remove the wax paper.
19. Bake at 350°F for around 13-14 minutes.
20. Remove the cookie cake from the oven.
21. Let the cookie cake cool in the pan for 15 minutes.
22. Flip the cookie cake onto a cooling rack.
23. Slice and serve.
