# One Pan Cornbread Pudding

## Ingredients

- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 can sweet golden corn
- 1 can cream style golden corn
- 1 egg
- sour cream
- melted butter
- hot honey

## Instructions

1. Pour the Jiffy corn muffin mix into a baking dish.
2. Add one can of sweet golden corn to the baking dish.
3. Add one can of cream-style golden corn to the baking dish.
4. Crack one egg into the baking dish.
5. Add sour cream to the baking dish.
6. Pour melted butter into the baking dish.
7. Drizzle hot honey into the baking dish.
8. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with a spatula until well combined.
9. Bake the cornbread pudding in the oven.
10. Serve a piece of the cornbread pudding onto a plate.
11. Add a dollop of butter on top of the served cornbread pudding.
