## Tips

- Make a dairy-free sauce with cashews and nutritional yeast, which has more protein per gram than beef.
- Nuts have fiber, cheese does not.
- Swap pancetta for crispy cubes of tempeh in a smoky marinade.
- Tempeh has a similar protein content to chicken, is packed with fiber, and is fermented, so it's great for your gut.
- Mix it up with garlic bread crumbs and parsley for extra flavor.
- Use whole foods and nothing else, and you literally can't go wrong.
- This is the perfect meal to put in the middle of the table if you're with friends or family this Easter bank holiday.
- Give it a go, it's on the menu now.
