# Nothing Bundt Cake Red Velvet Dupe

## Ingredients

- 1 box Duncan Hines red velvet cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 0.33 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 box chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

## Instructions

1. Add all ingredients (cake mix, 4 eggs, 1/3 cup oil, 1 cup milk, 1 box of chocolate pudding mix, 1 cup of sour cream) into a bowl and mix well.
2. Spray your bundt pan with baking spray.
3. Pour the mixture into the prepared bundt pan and bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
4. Let it cool down for about 5 minutes and wrap it in plastic.
5. Freeze the cake for about an hour.
6. For the cream cheese frosting, mix softened cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.
7. Remove the cake from the freezer and decorate with the frosting.
8. Refrigerate the cake.
