# Easy One-Pot Tater Tot Casserole

## Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef, super lean
- 1 egg
- 0.5 cup milk
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 packet Ritz crackers, crushed
- 0.5 cup ketchup
- 0.5 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots

## Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place 1 pound of super lean ground beef in a 9x13 baking dish.
3. Crack one egg and add it to the baking dish with the ground beef.
4. Add 1/2 cup of milk to the dish.
5. Dice one red bell pepper and add it to the dish.
6. Add one packet of Lipton onion soup mix to the dish.
7. Crush one packet of Ritz crackers and dump them into the dish.
8. Add 1/2 cup of ketchup to the dish.
9. Add 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce to the dish.
10. Mix all the ingredients together in the baking dish.
11. Flatten the mixture down evenly in the bottom of the pan.
12. Wash your hands thoroughly after handling the raw meat mixture.
13. Top the meat mixture with shredded cheddar cheese, using the entire bag.
14. Evenly spread a bag of frozen tater tots over the cheese layer.
15. Place the baking dish into the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
16. Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool before serving.
17. Serve a portion on a plate and try it.
